It is a branch of private law that regulates the special debt relationships between natural or legal persons. A debt relationship is a legal relationship established between two or more people, which obliges one party to perform a certain behavior towards the other party. Debt relationships can arise not only from contracts but also from torts, unjust enrichment, and agency without authority.
LAW OF OBLİGATİONS
The performance of debts (such as payment location, time, etc.), the consequences of non-performance of debts, the effect of debt relationships on third parties, the termination of debt relationships and the statute of limitations of debts, the establishment, validity, and termination of contracts, and the performance and non-performance of contracts are regulated under this field of law. In every aspect of our lives, we establish a debt relationship - even without realizing it. In this context, we provide consulting and legal services to our clients in resolving disputes that may arise in any subject under the general and special provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations.
