CONTRACT LAW
There is a "freedom of contract" in our law. In other words, the act of making a contract is guaranteed by Article 48 of our Constitution, and as long as it does not violate the general principles of law, the parties can express their mutual will in the field they desire. In addition to contract types regulated by laws, contracts can also be concluded outside of these types. Contract law; Contract law is a branch of law that enables individuals to make contracts with their free will within the scope of freedom of contract, defines the limits of the right to make a contract, protects and guarantees individuals rights through contracts, determines the obligations of both parties, and provides legal remedies in case of breach of contract. The establishment and preparation of contracts, validity and invalidity of contracts, termination and cancellation of contracts, legal remedies to be applied in case of non- performance of obligations in contracts, rights that can be claimed from the other party, damages to be compensated, and how such compensation will be made fall within the scope of contract law.
